She improved our daily cash reporting system, improved our technological requirements for the company as a whole, wrote and implemented new standard operating procedures, introduced a paperless environment, converted our fixed assets to a new program making the process of managing fixed assets more reliable accurate and easier to maintain, streamlined our estimated and costing methods, improved our financial reporting system. She improved the method of calculating work in process reporting for our financial statements.
