Health and Fine Dining
Almanac
Here come Elena's texts about health and a few healthy recipes she gathered together to improve her eating habits. Hope these texts can help you to diversify your life and to better understand your life.
Health must not be a necessary "medical fix" but a way of living. It must become a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all the dimensions of body, mind, and spirit, an approach to life we try to design to achieve our highest potential for well-being now and forever. We may fail to ourselves in that battle for a few reasons, that's true, but finally we shall overcome, if we restart after we had fallen.
In the current age of information overload and racing clocks, when vitamins are heralded one day and discounted the next. When whopping for a mortgage can be affected by a falling dollar or the federal deficit, it`s no wonder that you may be confused by all the conflicting stories in the media that appear to apply to you. What`s needed is a practical, expert, no-nonsense guide to the most important developments in everything, from health and nutrition to money management and career planning, travel, entertainment, and consumer technology. That`s why we decided to create this page, – to provide you with authoritative information and expert views on all the subjects that could really make a difference in your daily life. Our expert tips, picks, lists, questions and answers, sources and so on will cut through all the smoke and give you the bottom line on what you need to know to navigate with peace of mind and money in your pocket.
This almanac has no substitute. From its pages anybody, from IT guru to a farmer and his family can learn what to plant, when and how to tend the sick, how to care for their stock. For the man of affairs, it is an indispensable aid, a protection, a measure of security, a help meet, a crutch, a veritable companion.
For all the change since then, the roads we travel now are even less well-marked and full of far more forks… We hope this book will be a compass that will help you find your way.

Fine Dining and Health
When I dine, I filter out everything about the restaurant that's not food: its reputation, my preconceived notions or previous experiences, other people's opinions, even the service and the room in which I dine. I focus only on the look, the aroma, the taste, the texture of the food. The restaurant wins or loses on the basis of my physical and emotional response. I needn't have worried. When the big one comes along, the earth moves.
