  • Provide group and individual counseling appropriate to level of licensure
  • Coordinate care, develop and use community resources to facilitate referrals, develop and implement treatment plans and provide accurate information to citizens, family, staff, and other internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team. It is important that the incumbent is a team player
  • Provide coverage as needed for co-workers, which may include social work coverage in other parts of the System

  • Attend and participate in administrative and clinical staff meetings
