Warehouse worker completes shipments by processing and loading orders. His duties generally include preparing orders by processing requests and supplying orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Basic knowledge of standards, codes, practices, and procedures in the following areas: security, parking, janitorial services, grounds keeping, building operating systems, fire and life safety, electrical, mechanical, property administration and tenant services.

Qualifications and requirements may include:
Sound knowledge and proven ability to do repairs on plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation, painting, drywall, furnishing and fixtures, light carpentry, door and window repairs
Under direct supervision, conduct routine building maintenance and service activities that are standardized and repetitive.
Conduct standard building operation inspections and monitor systems operations, initiating appropriate corrective action as necessary.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Have knowledge of hotel operations, issues and prevention
Knowledge of safety in maintenance a must
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull heavy weights
